Co-founder & CTO (lead developer)

Own the product and the codebase with us — equity-led co-founder role, remote in Europe, Estonia preferred.

We are building iwantanew.cv: an AI-first, EU-hosted CV, cover letter and job application platform. We are looking for a co-founder CTO who writes code every day and enjoys shipping. You would own the architecture, the AI pipelines, the job-data infrastructure and the engineering culture from day one. Expect to work directly with users, ship weekly, and make the technical calls that matter.

Equity-led co-founder package, with salary once we are funded

Strong TypeScript/React and backend experience; comfortable with Postgres and LLM APIs; product instincts; based in Europe with the right to work in Europe.
